Moneypenny Wins Award Chanel Braddy Head of Operations at Moneypenny and Erin Parkhouse, Head of Sector Operations at Moneypenny

Moneypenny Wins an Award at the Gwinnett Chamber Business Awards

Moneypenny has been awarded the James J. Maran International Award, acknowledging its significant contributions on the global stage. Each year the award is given to an international company located in Gwinnett who has a strong record of giving back to the community.

The annual dinner was held at the Gas South District on February 2nd, 2024 and was an evening dedicated to celebrating remarkable achievements and honoring individuals pivotal to the prosperity of the Gwinnett community.

Presented by Northside Hospital, the event was a testament to the Chamber's exceptional year and distinguished guests, including 900 business and community leaders who came together to recognize the contributions of several individuals and organizations.

Nick Masino, President & CEO of the Gwinnett Chamber and Partnership Gwinnett, extended heartfelt congratulations to the honorees, expressing gratitude for their invaluable service to the Gwinnett Chamber and the Greater Gwinnett community.

Erin Parkhouse, Head of Sector Operations and one of Moneypenny's vocal community leaders, accepted the award on behalf of Moneypenny USA and attended the dinner with Chanel Braddy Head of Operations at Moneypenny.

Chanel Braddy comments: “We are delighted to have won this award. Operating with integrity is at the core of our philosophy, driving our approach to business and community engagement. We strongly believe in doing right by our people, our clients, and our communities, embodying a commitment to ethical practices in all endeavors. I would like to extend my congratulations to all the other honorees too who also won awards.”

Among the honorees were:

Rudy Bowen, acclaimed as the Citizen of the Year, Because One Matters, recipient of the esteemed D. Scott Hudgens Humanitarian Award, in recognition of their impactful efforts to help those in need. Recipients of the Public Service Award, including Deirdra Cox (Community Sustainability Enterprise), Ron Garrard (Garrard Construction Group), Veronica Maldonado-Torres (Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce), Dr. Uday Parikh (Dentistry4You), and Linda Schoepf (ABS/LMS Franchising Little Caesars), all recognized for their remarkable service and commitment to the greater Gwinnett community.

Thomas D. Moreland and Dorothy Rainey, posthumously bestowed with the R. Wayne Shackleford Legacy Award, in remembrance of their enduring legacy and contributions to the community.

Moneypenny takes pride in supporting a number of community initiatives including Rainbow Village. Back in December 2022, Moneypenny donated $5,000 to the charity instead of sending Christmas cards to its clients.
