I am the CEO and Founder of The Culver Group Inc, recognized for empowering CEOs and global leaders across diverse industries and nations to build exceptional resilience, navigate rapidly changing business landscapes, and develop innovative, purpose-driven solutions to pressing global challenges. I have been honoured as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce for leadership in public sector transformation and economic growth, and I have an internationally recognised Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation, graduating in the top 10% in Canada.

My Doctorate in Business Administration is the only one in the world so far that is focused on strategic resilience. My unique model, the Resilience Trinity, sets out how people, companies and countries can use resilience to grow and thrive – not just survive – but grow and thrive in times of uncertainty, change and disruption.
