Meet Claire, the owner of a professional cleaning company. Claire has a team of cleaners and is looking to grow her business over the next 12 months. However, she's facing a major dilemma: in order to expand, she needs to either hire an operational manager or find a way to be more productive herself in fulfilling the day-to-day operations. Unfortunately, Claire doesn't have the budget right now to employ a full-time manager. As a result, she's forced to handle everything on her own, which leaves her feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. Every day, she spends countless hours performing repetitive tasks, such as scheduling appointments, doing quotes, sending follow-up emails, and managing customer enquiries.
